These Terms and Conditions of Use are legally binding. It is your responsibility to read these Terms and Conditions of Use carefully prior to purchase, use, or access to any part of the Private Practice Roadmap Course (“Course”).
When you purchased the Course from The Private Practice Pro (“The Private Practice Pro”), you were given reasonable notice that these Terms and Conditions of Use existed (“Terms”). By moving forward with your purchase of the Course and further access of the Course, you voluntarily agreed and continue to agree to abide by these Terms.
You hereby irrevocably and unconditionally agree for yourself, your personal representatives, your heirs, next-of-kin, insurers, successors, and assigns, as follows:

ACCESS
You will have access to the Course materials for the lifetime of the Course, and guaranteed access for at least two years from the date of purchase.
PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY
- One-time payment at purchase.
- 100% refund available only if requested within two (2) days of purchase.
NO TRANSFER
You may not transfer or designate a surrogate for use of the Course. Sharing your login credentials will result in termination of your access without refund.
TERMINATION
You may cease use of the Course at any time. No refunds will be provided for any portion of the Course after the two-day guarantee period.
CONTENT STANDARDS
To foster a supportive and productive environment, all participant contributions (“Community Contributions”) must comply with applicable laws and must not:
- Be defamatory, obscene, abusive, or offensive
- Promote sexually explicit material, violence, or discrimination
- Advocate illegal activity or infringe intellectual property
- Contain malware or harmful software
Violations may result in removal from the Course without refund.
CONFIDENTIALITY & NON-DISCLOSURE
Unless otherwise stated in our Privacy Policy, you have no expectation of confidentiality. Peer conversations are expected to be kept private by participants, but The Private Practice Pro cannot guarantee enforcement.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All Course materials are protected by U.S. copyright law. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use materials for personal use only. Reproduction or distribution without prior written consent is prohibited.
PUBLICITY WAIVER
By participating, you grant The Private Practice Pro irrevocable permission to use your name, likeness, and submitted content (e.g., testimonials) for promotional purposes without compensation.
DISCLAIMER(S)
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Private Practice Pro disclaims liability for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss or damage arising from use of the Course.
You assume full responsibility for actions taken based on Course content. The Course is for educational purposes only and does not constitute medical, legal, financial, or therapeutic advice. No outcomes are guaranteed.
WAIVER & RELEASE OF LIABILITY
You fully release The Private Practice Pro and affiliates from any liability related to your participation in the Course.
AGREEMENT NOT TO SUE; INDEMNITY
You agree not to sue The Private Practice Pro and to indemnify against costs or damages resulting from any breach of these Terms.
FORCE MAJEURE
The Private Practice Pro is not liable for failure or delay due to events beyond its control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, government actions).
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any dispute not resolved within 60 days shall be settled by binding arbitration in California via telephone. Costs shared equally; prevailing party may recover legal fees.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Your use of the Course is at your own risk. The Private Practice Pro and affiliates shall not be liable for any loss or damages arising from access to or inability to access Course content.
AMENDMENTS
These Terms may be amended at any time. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised “Date Updated.” Continued access constitutes acceptance.
CHOICE OF LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and The Private Practice Pro regarding the Course and supersede all prior agreements.
