These Terms and Conditions of Use are legally binding. It is your responsibility to read these Terms carefully prior to purchase, use, or access to any part of the Marketing for Therapists Course (“Course”).

By purchasing the Course from The Private Practice Pro (“Provider”), you acknowledge that you have been given notice of these Terms and agree to abide by them for yourself and your heirs, successors, and assigns.

ACCESS

You will have lifetime access to Course materials, with guaranteed access for at least two years from the date of purchase.

PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY

  • Payment may be remitted either as a single installment of $699.00 USD due in full upon enrollment, or pursuant to a payment plan of two (2) equal installments of $400.00 USD each, the first due at the time of enrollment and the second due thirty (30) days thereafter.
  • 100% refund available only if requested within two (2) days of purchase.

NO TRANSFER

Your access is non-transferable. Sharing login credentials will result in immediate termination of access without refund.

TERMINATION

You may cease use of the Course at any time. No refunds will be provided after the two-day guarantee period.

CONTENT STANDARDS

All participant contributions (“Community Contributions”) must comply with applicable law and must not:

  • Be defamatory, obscene, abusive, or offensive
  • Promote explicit content, violence, or discrimination
  • Advocate illegal activity or infringe intellectual property rights
  • Contain malware or harmful software

Violations may result in removal from the Course without refund.

CONFIDENTIALITY & NON-DISCLOSURE

Unless otherwise stated in our Privacy Policy, you have no expectation of confidentiality. Peer discussions are expected to remain private among participants.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All Course materials are protected by U.S. copyright law. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use materials for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Reproduction or distribution without prior written consent is prohibited.

PUBLICITY WAIVER

By participating, you grant The Private Practice Pro irrevocable permission to use your name, likeness, and submitted feedback for promotional purposes without compensation.

DISCLAIMER(S)

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Provider disclaims liability for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss arising from use of the Course.

You assume sole responsibility for actions taken based on Course content. The Course is for educational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice. No outcome is guaranteed.

WAIVER & RELEASE OF LIABILITY

You fully release Provider and affiliates from any liability related to your participation in the Course.

AGREEMENT NOT TO SUE; INDEMNITY

You agree not to sue Provider and to indemnify for any costs or damages resulting from breach of these Terms.

FORCE MAJEURE

Provider is not liable for failure or delay due to events beyond its control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, government actions).

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any dispute not resolved within 60 days of notice shall be submitted to binding arbitration in California under AAA rules. Costs shared equally; prevailing party may recover legal fees.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Your use of the Course is at your own risk. Provider shall not be liable for any loss or damages arising from access to or inability to access Course content.

AMENDMENTS

These Terms may be amended at any time. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised “Date Updated.” Continued access constitutes acceptance.

CHOICE OF LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Provider regarding the Course and supersede all prior agreements.
